It has enabled revolutions in real life as well as in digital marketing.

Twitter’s 200 million users collectively tap out a billion tweets per week. Nearly 3/4 of active Twitter users are bloggers. More than 80% of U.S. governors, senators and congressional representatives use it, as do 87 of the Billboard Top 100 musicians.     Not sure exactly what you mean, as I haven’t seen anything on how to increase website traffic using Twitter extensions. I know there are browser extensions for Twitter ( that change the web experience, but not sure about driving more traffic. Will keep my eyes open.
