Sure. You have to edit the Stylesheet (style.css). Find the areas that say “dotted” and change the hex value to the color you desire. Color Schemer (http://www.colorschemer.com/online.html) is a helpful tool for finding hex color values. Hope that helps!

This is a very nice tip for wordpress SEO, I am just hearing about SEO smart link for the first time. And I think I like it more than the related post plugin I am currently using in my blog. I am going to try it for some weeks to see if it will improve the SEO of my blog.
